We’re looking for a cat-loving subletter for our fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Venice for August 9-24. Just 2 blocks from Abbot Kinney and 1 block from a park, our charming, private home is ideal for a couple, small family, or solo creative.

- Dates: Ideally August 9-24, but we’re open to discussing the needs of any potential applicant
- Rent: Includes electricity, gas, internet, and all feline needs plus $125 discount for cat care)

-Primary bedroom with a comfy queen bed, lots of closet space and sit/stand desk
-Second room set up as an office with a full desk—can also fit a blow-up mattress (provided) or a travel crib

About This Lister

We’re a couple based in Venice. I’m a creative freelancer and my husband works in beverage consulting. We love hosting, cooking, listening to music and spending time in our garden. We’ve put a lot of love into our home, and it’s our little Venice oasis.
