Hello! I am a filmmaker and I've had the good fortune to live in this one bedroom since 2020. Normally there is a cat who lives in the apartment, but he will be traveling with me. The apartment is pet friendly.

The apartment is a 3 floor walk up, located a 7 minute walk from the Halsey L. It takes about 35 minutes to get into Manhattan.

The space is fully furnished, cozy, has great light, and is in on a quiet street in Bushwick. A laundromat is within walking distance. Utilities are included (Wifi/Gas/Electricity/Water).

It's within walking distance of many great venues including: Nowadays, Evil Twin brewery, TV Eye and Ridgewood's reservoir preserve. It's the perfect respite from the bustling city.
