I'm an improv comedian and event producer, working in large scale events and ticketing. I am from SoCal and have lived in LA for 4 years. I love my home / the Santa Monica area and hope you will too.

I'm the primary tenant and would remain your point of contact for utilities, repairs, or issues with the home. I am very tidy and have the home professionally cleaned at least monthly. I am friendly with my neighbors and the landlord is not local. I will be the one showing the space and am happy to answer any questions!
