We are goin away for winter break 12 Dec - 13 Jan and want to sublease our home. Rent includes all utility bills and access to the gym. Only add on is a $150 cleaning fee.

This doorman building features a gym, elevators, rooftop with BBQ grills, large courtyard, kid's playroom, and lounge. It is only steps from the incredible Prospect Park and the F & G trains.

The spacious, sun-drenched two-bedroom apartment features a sunny terrace you can use even in winter. There's an in-unit washer and dryer. The apartment is equipped with anything you need (such as fresh sheets, new pillows, towels, and kitchen utensils). The neighbors are lovely and quiet.

The kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, and all sorts of pots and pans, plates, and utensils. The living room features a dining area with an expandable table, comfortable couch, and large flat-screen TV. The apartment faces southwest, which means you have lots of sunshine.

The main bedroom has a queen bed, a large working desk, and a large walk-in closet for your use. The second room is smaller and is our kid's bedroom, hence the bunk bed and underwater world theme. Although it has no windows, the room is spacious and pleasant to sleep in.

We can also provide a pack n' play crib and high chair if you come with your little one(s).

Transportation:
This is a quiet neighborhood yet a quick and easy ride to downtown Brooklyn or Manhattan. The building is a 5 mins. walk from the F and G trains. The Q train is about a 15-minute walk. I work by Columbus Circle Manhattan, and it takes me 35-45 minutes on the F and A Express.
