The building is called Denizen and includes incredible amenities: an indoor pool, a gym, a dog-friendly rooftop, a theater, and a very cute coffee shop on the first floor.

Located four blocks from the Morgan L train and four blocks from the M and J trains.

Rent-controlled, if you want to continue the lease in your name after August.

The lease runs until September. We are planning to move at the beginning of February.

We truly love this apartment. It is very light, filled with tall ceilings, and has a great atmosphere.
