We are looking for someone to take over our lease for a two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment in Denizen. The apartment is unfurnished.

The lease takeover would start mid-April and run through August 31. Because the apartment is rent stabilized, you may have the opportunity to continue the lease in your name with the building after August.

You will apply directly with the building. They require:
• One month security deposit
• Guarantor or prove you are able to pay for it

About the apartment
We truly love this apartment. It’s very bright, with tall ceilings and a great atmosphere. The space feels open, calm, and full of natural light.

About the building (Denizen)
The building offers incredible amenities, including:
