Pets Policy

1. Subject to Landlord's prior approval, Tenant may keep one (1) dog (up to 60 lbs) OR two (2)
small (under 25 lbs each) dogs, at full growth, or two (2) cats in the apartment. The pet deposit for each
animal shall be determined by the Landlord’s at its sole discretion.

2. Tenant represents that the pet(s) is of a breed which is peaceful in nature, will not present a
nuisance, threat or danger to other tenants or their pets, and has no history of being a threat or danger to
other people or animals and has never to Tenant’s knowledge caused serious harm to any person.

3. Notwithstanding the above, permission is not given to harbor dogs of the Rottweiler, American
Pit-Bull, Pit-bull Terrier, Pit-bull, German Shepherd, and Doberman Pinscher variety, mixed or pedigreed,
or any breed (in Landlord's sole discretion) with an aggressive nature, and such dog(s) shall not be kept in
the Apartment for any period of time.
