Sublet (or lease takeover)

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease on this awesome 2bed/1bath in Greenpoint. The apartment is a new renovation with in-unit laundry and a dishwasher. The white closets in the bedroom with the desk are permanent in the apartment.

The location is unbeatable – literally right next to McGolrick Park. The building and neighborhood are super quiet, which I really appreciate. It's a chill spot but you're still close to everything. G train at Nassau is your nearest stop, and McCarren Park is about a 15-minute walk.

I've loved living here but need to move for work reasons. Happy to answer any questions about the place or the neighborhood!

For lease takeover - my lease ends end April. I would need to come back beginning April to find a new apt/move out, but you're welcome to take over the lease when I'm out.
