The space is only a half block walk from Cheesman Park, with nearby coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and ice cream parlors. About a half mile walk from the Denver Botanic Gardens.
I am the owner of the unit and it is my primary residence. I have worked hard to make it feel homey and practical. I travel frequently for work and love the idea of the space being occupied while I'm gone.
I will be the contact person for tenants. I do not live onsite while not in the unit, but will work to fix any issues that arise.
References and $1000 deposit required.
Limited to one dog or cat per rental. Needs to be well behaved and house trained and dogs need to be walked off property. Shedding/ cleaning fees may be applied to any damaged property.
