I purchased this home with my partner, who grew up in CDMX, and we are traveling a bit of the fall so are looking to sublet the space!

The building was finished in January of 2025 and features a 24 hour doorman, car park with 2 dedicated spaces (included in the rent), an elevator, and proximity to all that CDMX has to offer.

My apartment has built-in AC units, 2 outdoor spaces, a fully stocked kitchen, washer dryer in unit, 2 King size beds, 2 large closets (one will be completely empty for you), 2 full bathrooms + the half bath off the living room, super strong work from home wifi, a projector + roku, a gorgeous custom outdoor table for hosting (small gatherings only), a brand new 2.5 meter couch, black-out blinds in the bedrooms, and much more.

I have used listings project for many years in New York and am comfortable with the process, looking to find some travelers who wants a gorgeous, modern, Mexican minimalism designed home in Roma Norte.

The location is just 2 blocks south of the World Famous Contramar and on the same street as Rosetta. We have the best recs in the city for an inside yet elevated experience of all the best Food, Art, and culture that beautiful Mexico has to offer.
