It’s Quiet, 4th-floor walk-up near the F/G (Bergen St is the closest train station - 12 min walk and 4 min bike), and 2/3 and 4/5(although a lil bit more of a walk). This neighborhood has a bunch of gems and the piers are a 10-minute walk away. Citi Bikes/docks within a block radius

I’m looking for-
Clean, respectful and aware, good communicator, and friendly. I want it to feel comfortable / like home but also that being said I want to respect each other’s own space.
