UNIT DEETS
This apartment gets an INCREDIBLE amount of light, and we are sad to know no apartment will ever compare ;)

There's split AC in every room that is quite powerful. We rarely need to have more than 1 running at a time.

There's a dishwasher and it is *so* quiet that we can have it run at night with our bedroom door open.

The main bedroom can easily fit a king bed, and both bathrooms are large enough to add in additional shelving/storage.

BUILDING
We are in a 10-unit building with an elevator and on-site washer/dryer. There's a package room and virtual doorman service. There's also a lovely rooftop with views of the Manhattan skyline.

The building management is awesome - they keep everything super clean (even the trash room!) and are very responsive.

LOCATION
This apartment is near the C, S, and 2/3/4/5 trains

Favorite nearby locales include Ras Ethiopian, Franklin Park, and Bearded Lady

AVAILABILITY
This unit is available anytime after October 3rd for a lease takeover. The lease is until July 31, 2026 and you can renew if you like it!

- Wifi is included! And it's fast enough for streaming, working from home, etc.
- We can leave behind a couple of furniture items we got specifically for this apartment if you're interested (bed frame with storage, kitchen island with 4 dining chairs)
