3 mini splits - 1 located in each bedroom and the main living room with open concept kitchen. Fire place. Lots of outdoor seating with table and umbrella. Updated kitchen appliances including dishwasher, oven, gas stove, and massive fridge. Washer dryer. One king bed - organic avocado mattress. Guest room/office has a couch that pulls out into a comfy platform bed. Surfboard rack and plenty of storage for bikes or other toys.

Hardwood floors. Really amazing light!! 2+ parking spots - one is covered.

I am looking for 1-2 people to sublet my space who LOVE cats. I have one 2 year old kitty named Michi. He is spunky and an explorer! He loves to come in and out of the house during the day, but comes home at night to snuggle. I have reduced the rent to be in exchange for cat sitting too. Preferably people who are calmer and not into partying. Would love to sublet to someone who loves and appreciates nature and the lovely things Ojai has to offer in the summer :) preferably over the age of 30 and no other pets sadly unless they are very friendly and get along with Michi!!
