Space can be delivered partially furnished with antique hardwood furniture and cast iron bed headboard with Queen bed & new mattress, and antique sofa with Missoni recovered fabric. Or empty and free of furniture.

The Area; The house is sandwiched between two community gardens. There are 2 large super markets nearby, as well as all the wonderful eateries of Bushwick. The Daily Press coffee shop is on the way to the subway, and the beach is a 25 minute relaxed journey south on the A. Great cocktails at Skate All Night and other underground gems, inc Comedy Closet!

Bikes can be chained in the front yard, parking for cars is great, and the subway (Rockaway Ave) on the C is a 3 minute walk away.

We are in the middle of a transport hub, the C, J, L, A and mysterious Z are all a short walk away at ROCKAWAY AVE (C/A)/ BUSHWICK AVE (L) and Chauncey J/Z.

Neighbors are wonderful, as are the other folks sharing the building.

We are looking for a single professional, or a courteous couple. The space doesn’t suit house mates, as one room is smaller than the other.

About This Lister

We are a British family of 3. We have been in America almost 6 years, and usually live in the building with our young daughter. It's our first home with a garden - however currently we are in Mexico for a little bit. I am an acupuncturist and my husband is a copywriter and creative. We enjoy funk music, baking and hanging out with our neighbors.
