A perfect holiday hide away or place to work. A 2 car parking lot is available. The kitchen is more of a kitchenette with the bare essentials, oven, micro wave, coffee maker, kettle, small refrigerator. There's an extra space a sort of hide away.

I'm a retired nuclear physicist/actor/clown. My wife is French. We've directed opera, feature films (independent!), TV and radio hosting. Mostly in France. We have 4 children, only 2 of whom live with us at the moment. We need to rent this independent part of the house to pay the mortgage and property tax! At 70 I still work as an actor. I have a basement in which I can make music without disturbing the world. We're always, our children included on the point of becoming rich and famous, but we have an artistic streak which is sometimes a hindrance to breaking (selling) out!
