Décor: Furnished, Midcentury modern style meets x lake cabin and a Japanese flair.

Bedrooms: 2 Queen Bedrooms, (SLEEPNUMBER bed in primary bdrm , both w views)

Bathrooms: 1 Retro black and white tile bathroom, and vintage enclosed glass shower

Kitchen: new Retro cute UNIQUE frig and UNIQUE stove, well equipped kitchen, and dishwasher.

Dining Room: Dining Room with table for 4 and views, and large console with extra serving area and storage. Great spot for coffee and view on the black leather sofa.

Den: Cosy den with large ikea sofa and small desk, wall mounted large smart TV and faux fire heater in the fireplace.

Outdoors: Covered outdoor porch with Weber charcoal grill. Stone firepit and Adirondack chairs for nite time star gazing.

Amenities: 2 Minisplits for heat and aircon. Space heaters and fans. Ceiling fans. Fast Wifi. Tasty Well Water. New Samsung Washer/Dryer combo in dining room.

Location: On a dead end private drive, on top of a little mountain, every room with views of mountains, snugged into nature. (Was once a lake, but the damn was taken down. Beautiful farming country, several farm markets nearby. Close to Ellenville Village, and eateries. 14 min to the amazing Minnewaska State Park, close to Accord, Highfalls, Stoneridge. 30 min to New Paltz and the Bus, or 35 min to Kingston and the Bus. 45 minutes to Poughkeepsie Train Station.

Price and Lease: $2200. Plus $200.monthly. Which Includes fast wifi, propane , elec. and snow plowing. (Electric is on separate bill) Transfer Station Dump fee included, but you go to the Dump for your own garbage and pay for punch tickets at Town Hall. I lived here for 2 years and many renters have rented all year long, happily.

No pets, sorry.
