The house is located down the road from main street on a quiet road with quiet neighbors. Most of our closest neighbors are either part time or seasonal. The house has a spacious yard, patio and faces 20 acres of mountain facing green space owned by the county. You will have your own driveway and entrance which makes the apartment feel very private as well as communal access to the yard and patio.

Rent $1400/mo not including electric. The apartment has brand new split units which control heat and cold air. Other utilities like hot water, trash, and wifi are included.

Apartment doesnt not having dishwasher or W/D. There’s is a laundromat less than a 5 minute drive.

1 month security plus 1 months rent. Must meet in person and if agreed must do credit, tenant and background check.
