This is a fully furnished sublet, agreed with our landlord, who is happy to interact directly with subtenants if any issues arise. We deal directly with the landlord (no agency), and they are friendly, responsive, and easy to work with — one of the reasons we are keen to keep the flat while we’re away. The apartment has a beautiful garden- perfect for summer.
