The apartment is located on the third floor in East Williamsburg/ Bushwick, Brooklyn only a 8-minute walk from the L and the (J/M) and 10 min walk from the G train. The apartment is 1 mile from Dumbo and a mile and a half from McCarren park. There are great services (well stocked supermarkets, pharmacies, coffee shops, playgrounds and restaurants) just a few minutes walk from the apartment and laundry facilities 2 min away. This is a fun neighborhood, with a lot of things to do. The room has a bed, desk and small night stand, fast wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of closet space.

Ideally, I would like to rent through Christmas and New Years). The apartment is available for one week (or longer) temporary rentals at 850 USD per week from mid December to the beginning of January I can be flexible on move in date. My daughter's room will need to be kept clan because she is a baby.
