I'm subletting my apartment on Karl Marx Allee in Berlin. The space has two bedrooms and a living room with a grand piano. Its 2 minutes to a subway (Weberweises U5 stop) and an overground tram (M60).

Its also a 10 minute walk from Boxhagener Platz, which is full of restaurants and shops. Extremely walkable area.

I would prefer to find someone to take the apartment for several months, but I can do weekly rentals as well. It's $1,900 per month, $900 per week. Everything in between can be negotiated. Heat is extra, but rarely runs more than $120/month.

There's a washer in unit an a park in the back. Its fully furnished with a full kitchen.
