We are subletting our sun-filled apartment in Long Island City/Hunter's Point. The charming and quaint apartment is a 5th floor walkup and fully furnished. The apartment is located just half a block from the 7 train and one block from the G train - two stops from Manhattan and one stop from Brooklyn. Get to Times Square in 15 minutes or venture to Jackson Heights for some of the city's most incredible food.

Trader Joe's is nearby for easy grocery runs as well as MoMA PS1 (you can see it from the apartment windows). The area is walkable – stroll across the Pulaski Bridge to Greenpoint or take a 15-minute walk to Gantry Park's waterfront for sunset views of the Manhattan skyline.

The apartment is flooded with natural light from multiple windows throughout. It has a well-equipped kitchen perfect for home cooking and washers and dryers located in the building.

We are looking to sublet to either short or long stays, however, we will prioritze longer stays. We are looking for quiet, clean, and respectful folks - no parties.
