Looking for someone to take over my lease starting December 1st through October 1st 2026 with the option to resign. About the space: it's a 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor (3rd floor) of a walk up building. It has a massive primary bedroom with high ceilings that fits a king size bed and is filled with natural light. The second bedroom has a lot of character with a built-in shelf and deep closet space. It also gets a lot of natural light. There are hardwood floors throughout, a coat closet in the living room and several cubby spaces for storage.

The building has laundry in the basement and a shared backyard. The neighborhood is filled with restaurants, bars, music venues and one block from Maria Hernandez park. It's only a 5 minute walk to the Jefferson L train.

Open to leaving some furniture if needed!
