My name is Liam (he/him), I am the leaseholder of this unit alongside Raquel (she/her). We currently live onsite. It's a lovely apartment that we have enjoyed living in, with our nice backyard to grow some things and the location is great.
We will be showing the space if you are interested in taking over our lease, there will not be a broker involved.
You would be completing a lease takeover from us. We need to secure someone for the lease takeover before the end of July.
Once we move forward you will have to be approved by the landlord. Landlord will need Bank Statement, Pay Stubs, Credit Check, etc.
Annual income must be 40x monthly rent, or use a guarantor.
