Preference for a quiet and professional single person or couple as the apartment is currently set up with the second large bedroom as a comfortable lounge. I’m open to discussing the possibility of subletting to two responsible roommates — the lounge does have a door on it and can easily be set up with a bed as needed, which I do when I have guests.
