Offering our furnished 2 bedroom apartment for the summer. In a great location, a few blocks from Tompkins Square Park. Near the F & L train lines. Walkable to cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Our place is perfect for a single person, a couple, or a young family. The larger bedroom has a queen size bed and the smaller bedroom has twin bunkbeds.

As this building is a walk-up (no elevator) you must be able to climb 5 flights of stairs to get to the apartment. On the upside, you will be so fit after two months of stair climbing. There is a laundry room street level that you can use. No roof access, no garden access but plenty of public green space nearby.

Looking for people who will be respectful of our neighbors and of our home while they stay.

About This Lister

We are a family of four that own our apartment. We will be the contact person for the tenant. Our relationship with our neighbors is a good one and we would like to keep it that way.
