Hello there! We have extended the sublet of our conveniently located, clean, minimally clad 2-bedroom (1 bedroom + 1 workspace/office) place while we are away.

DATES AVAILABLE --

The place is available the following upcoming dates this year. Please kindly *only* email with interest regarding the following dates:

- March 6 - April 6, 2026
- June 20 - July 20, 2026
- September 20 - 28, 2026
- December 15, 2026 - January 15, 2027

Partial month sublets will also be considered for a prorated fee, but preference would be for someone who would like to stay for the entire time. Flexibility within 1-3 days on either end is also possible.

NEIGHBORHOOD --

The apartment is located in the communal neighborhood of Prospect Heights, surrounded by quaint cafes, restaurants, grocers, and nearly anything one could need. The Brooklyn Museum, Grand Army Plaza (with Hanukkah and Christmas displays in December), Brooklyn Library, Children's Museum, and numerous groceries stories, restaurants, quaint cafes, and shops along Franklin, Washington, and Vanderbilt Avenues are all within an easy stroll. It's a family-oriented and communal building and neighborhood. Transit is nearby: across the street is the S at Botanic Gardens, and it’s a short walk to the Franklin Avenue 2/3/4/5 or A/C trains, B44 and B48 buses, and several City Bike kiosks within 1-3 blocks’ radius.

APARTMENT LAYOUT AND ACCESSIBILITY --

One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, clothing space, and work table. A second bedroom functions as a workroom, with two desks, with an available queen-sized air mattress and mattress topper.

The apartment is on the second floor of a multi-family apartment building compromised of 20 units. There are 3 steps from street level to the lobby, and then a short flight of stairs to the apartment entrance. The apartment faces away from the street.

APARTMENT GUIDELINES --

First and foremost, this is our home, and we put a lot of work into offering a warm abode when guests visit while we are away. Please kindly respect it as you would a friend's.

As it is a family-oriented building, it is especially important to honor NYC noise regulations. No smoking/substances.

Apartment is ideal for a single person or couple, and for those who will choose to do social activities primarily outside of the home.

AMENITIES --

Utilities and wifi are included in the monthly price.
Amenities include: wifi, washer/dryer in the building, a designated workspace, kitchen-use, towels, ample heat.
