Hi! This is my home, a 2-bedroom townhouse in quiet leafy South Pasadena. Looking for someone who wants a comfortable place to stay in Los Angeles while I'm traveling June 9 - July 3, preferably for the entire time or most of it (additional days on either side might be possible). There is a washer/dryer in the apartment, a free parking spot in the building's lot, and a garage with weights and a bicycle you can use.

The apartment is located in a small building with only three other units, and it's walking distance to Trader Joe's and shops and restaurants. The location is convenient for all neighborhoods on the east side of Los Angeles and downtown, and perfect for someone who needs to be close to the Huntington or Caltech. 10-15 mins drive to Highland Park, Eagle Rock, Mt Washington, Echo Park, Pasadena, Altadena.

There is a large main bedroom with a California king size bed, a smaller bedroom with a twin bed, and an office set up for working remotely. Great for a short stay in Los Angeles or if you have inlaws visiting. Both bedrooms are upstairs with a full bath, office and half bath downstairs. Washer/dryer is in the basement (more stairs). The kitchen has a gas stove and every possible way to make third wave coffee. I do not have central A/C but there are three new wall units (two upstairs and one downstairs) and if you keep the bedroom doors closed they cool the rooms enough.
