Looking for a clean and respectful person (or a couple) to sublet my entire furnished two bedroom Venice apartment while I'm out of the country for grad school.

Jan 1 - March 31st (although flexible to end earlier in March or continue through Spring). Minimum two month rental.

$3,500/month (including all utilities, wifi, parking spot)

LOCATION:
-steps from Abbot Kinney
-less than a mile from the beach !
-Bikeable / walkable area (you can use my bike!)

-gated parking spot
-one bedroom is set up as an office / workout space
-laundry on site (steps away from front door of apt in parking lot)
-well equipped kitchen (I love to cook!)
-projector/roku set up for my cinephiles

SECURITY:
-gated entry
-only 4 unit building with lovely neighbors who work in healthcare + entertainment
-great + responsive landlord who knows I am subletting (no secrets here!)

Hi! My name is Veronica (she/her) and I am a freelance intimacy coordinator, choreographer and teacher. Born and raised in LA. My parents own the building I live in, and I often sublet when I am away for projects. My space is my haven + is very thoughtfully put together and well maintained. Being a freelance artist means that I have both sublet my home and have also been a subletter, so I am great at communication + allowing subletters to really settle into the space.
