It's very convenient and also very quiet.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor with ton of lights and an amazing backyard with trees and birds.

South room has 3 windows to a very cute backyard, one facing East and two facing South. Super quiet, sunny, clean. Great internet connection. North room is at the opposite and entrance is in the middle of the apartment.
