Ground-floor apartment with in-unit washer/dryer, AC/heating, dishwasher, gas stove, furnished kitchen/living area, large private backyard, and semi-private basement for storage.

The building is on a quiet block with corner deli/grocery. Walking distance from the Myrtle Wyckoff L/M station and the J train.

THE ROOMS
Both rooms face the backyard and can comfortably fit a full bed, bedroom furniture, and workspace. Both rooms have been repainted white since photos were taken!

Each room includes:
-Closet w/ built-in storage shelf
-Heat/AC unit
-En-suite bathroom w/ tub/shower
-Private door for patio access
