Absolutely no parties allowed.
I’m a Brooklyn based designer (she/her). I’ve lived in NYC for 10 years and have called this apartment home for the last 4 years. I like to keep the apartment clean and tidy and hope you’ll do the same :)
In my free time, you’ll find me at concerts, strolling around Fort Greene Park, watching tennis, or checking out new exhibitions.
I split my time between NYC, Paris and Argentina so I’m often subletting my place. Feel free to reach out about alternative future dates!
Tenant
Rent: $5290/mo. Preference is given to long term stays but daily and weekly rentals are possible at $390/night or $1450/week.
Additional fees: $150 cleaning fee; fully returnable damage deposit (dependent on length of stay). Deposit will be returned within 10 days of moving out. I’ll send a formal sublease agreement with these terms.
Pets are welcome on a case by case basis. Depending on type/size of pet, I may increase the damage deposit and cleaning fee to accommodate.
I don't require a background check, but preference is giving to those that can provide references and show proof of income.
If you’re NYC based, I work from home and can typically show the space during the day or some evenings/weekends. Also happy to show the space virtually over FaceTime.
I’d prefer to rent out to 1-2 people max but am flexible - please reach out and we’ll see if something can work :) Preference is given to longer stays.
NOTE: Move in date is somewhat flexible - I can likely accommodate a June 1 move in. Please reach out and we’ll discuss!
Lastly, I travel often for long periods so if these dates don’t work feel free to reach out about future stays! :)
