The first bedroom is about 10'x10' with one huge window that faces the side of the building, so it's pretty quiet while still getting a decent amount of sun. The room is furnished with a full size bed, desk and chair, full length mirror, and open closet setup.

The second bedroom is on the opposite side of the living area, approx 9'x10' and has two street-facing windows that let in ample sunlight. You can hear some noise during the day, but rarely at night. The room has a queen size bed, two nightstands, and a desk and chair.
The room next to it is about 9'x9' with one street-facing window and essentially functions as a closet/reading nook. There is a wardrobe, dresser, full length mirror, and lounge chair. I will be cleaning out almost all of my stuff from there, so there will be plenty of room for yours.

The bathroom and kitchen are small, but were both recently updated and have a surprising amount of storage space. The kitchen has new appliances (fridge, microwave, stove/oven) and is stocked with cooking supplies that you're more than welcome to use if you don't have your own.

The common space gets nice natural lighting and has separate living and dining areas. The dining table comfortably seats 4, can squeeze in 6, and works great as extra prep space for cooking. The couch is big, soft and comfy, and right next to a south facing window, making it perfect for lounging in the sun or catching an afternoon nap.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a clean, quiet walkup building on a tree- lined street in Crown Heights. The building also has a backyard with space for bike storage that can only be accessed through a locked gate.
