We are interested in either a full apartment sublet for June 11-28 or a roommate for any time from June 1 - Sept 1 (1 month min). We would consider full apartment for dates in July / August as well if you know your dates.

The full apartment for that time would be $4000, a room would be $3000 per month, with the full apartment open for many weeks over the summer as we travel quite a bit

We live in a Williamsburg penthouse on South 4th and Bedford ave. with sweeping views of Manhattan (Empire State Bldg from bedroom!), Brooklyn, and Queens. We are a 13 minute walk to the L and a 5 minute walk to the JMZ.

Our apartment is 3 floors.
Fl. 1: Qn Bed / bedroom (with ensuite Bthm), kitchen, LR / DR, another bthm, washer/dryer, a small balcony with a table and chairs for eating
Fl. 2: Second BR (king bed), Bathroom
Fl. 3: Another living room / office with a desk and a projector / screen for movies, 2 large balconies

We have many plants, you would be responsible for watering them.

Elevator building. Two flights of stairs within apartment.

If you would be interested in subletting, you would be staying in the second floor bedroom with your own bathroom. The bedroom is fully furnished; we do not have room to accommodate furniture.
