We have two charming rooms available on the second floor of our lovely Victorian house in Ditmas Park, Brooklyn. If you're looking for a peaceful and friendly environment, this might be the perfect place for you.
Location: Our house is situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood in Ditmas Park. You'll enjoy the tranquility while being conveniently close to the Q train - less than a 10-minute walk away. The F train is also walkable nearby. The location is fantastic, especially with Cortelyou Road just around the corner, only half a block from great restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
The Rooms:
Two cozy rooms on the 2nd floor. Room A is a 15’x13’ bedroom and room B is 15'x12', a separate room you can use as a home office or private living space.
Amenities:
Shared common spaces: living room, dining room, kitchen and backyard.
Washer and dryer in the basement

Rent: $2100. Utilities & internet are separate and divided among housemates
Term: 6 month sublet, with option to extend.
