We live in a duplex unit with 2 rooms and bathroom located upstairs and the single room downstairs is what we're looking to fill. The house is old and may need small repairs here and there but the price is very affordable for the amount of space (your room will be the biggest) and the location. G train is 3 blocks away and others a bus ride/a longer walk away. Our landlord lives below us and is fairly responsive and chill.

We're women in 30's. I (she, her) work in fashion as a freelancer and my other roommate (they, them) is a recent graduate looking to find a job. We both like to hang out in the living room area at times but also keep to ourselves. We both like to cook so expect spices :)
