Located at 9th Street and 43rd Road, one block from the water, the neighborhood is quickly budding with coffee shops, restaurants, hotels and event spaces such as the renowned Foundry.

Near lots of supply houses including Dykes Lumber, Stanley Supply and Tool, and Sculpture House Casting, and there is a Citibike station around the corner. Short walk to all transportation including the E,M,G,F,N,R,W and 7 trains. The studios are also walking distance to PS1.

Although still mainly industrial, the area feels very safe and approachable. A new tennis center is blocks away, and the recently renovated Revel Hotel (one block away) has a rooftop / pool and a "Day Club" (https://www.ravelhotel.com/gallery) open till late.
