My roommate and I (two 25 year old females) are looking for a 2BR in Williamsburg or nearby starting around July 1 (flexible for overlap if needed). We have a $4,000/month budget total and are hoping for a comfortable, decent-sized apartment (no tiny rooms or flex layouts).

We have one cat, so pet-friendly is a must. We currently live near Graham Ave and love the area, but are looking for something more affordable and ideally long-term.
