Hello! We’re looking for one roommate to rent two spacious adjoining rooms on the second floor of a Victorian house in Ditmas Park, Brooklyn. Great for if you want a lot of space, you WFH and want a separate office, or if you just miss having a backyard. We are a chill, clean, and respectful group of folks who span from being in our late 20s-50s.
About This Lister
Jazzy (she/her) – mid-30s, non-profiteer, mostly WFH but sometimes in office. Writer, film maker, and film lover. Has a partner that comes over around a handful during the week, but you won’t be sharing common space frequently with him as she has the third floor to herself.
Chris (he/him) – early-50s, multi talented artist who is very down-to-earth and friendly. Chris mostly lives upstate with his family but has a job in the city and stays in the smallest room when he's here. Has been living here for over 10 years!
Elizabeth (they/them) – late-20s, projection designer, super collaborative and generous, all-around excellent housemate. They are WFH when they are not traveling.

We're looking for someone who’s clean, communicative, financially stable, and open to structured house guidelines. Living in this house, in Brooklyn of all places, is really magical and we’re excited to share it with the right people.
1st month + deposit needed for move-in. Utilities range from about $70 to $240 per person. (higher during months when we’re using heat.) Utilities are split evenly among 4 housemates. From time to time, we purchase shared household supplies (such as toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning products) in bulk and split the cost evenly.
