2 tenants looking for a 3rd roommate to join the 1-year lease in a 4-bedroom apartment on the border of Crown Heights and Prospect Heights. (We keep the 4th room as a guest room.) Available end of September/October 1st.
Fenced in rooftop 🌃, green backyard with garden space 🌳, washer/dryer + bike storage in basement 🧺🚲, responsive management.
~10 min walk to Prospect Park, Q/B, 2/3/4/5, ~15 min walk to C train.
Room is currently furnished, but departing roommate would sell furniture to the new tenant for a low price.

- The management company that owns the building checks recent paystubs before allowing signatories to join the least
- Lease is for one calendar year: October 1, 2025 to Sept 30, 2026
Timeline: We're hoping to move fairly quickly! Move in could be in the last few days of September, or anytime or/after October 1.
