Hey there! My two roommates are moving out at the end the month and I'm looking for 2 people to move in and sign onto a one year lease starting/move in September 1st in Crown Heights.

Beautiful railroad style apartment in a vibrant part of the neighborhood just a 5 minute walk from the Franklin/Eastern Pkwy 2/3/4/5 and a 12 minute walk from the Franklin/Fulton A/C. The B44/SBS, B45, B49, and B48 bus lines are all within a 7 minute walk. 15 minute walk to Central Library, and 25 minute walk to the heart of Prospect Park. On a street just off Franklin, you are steps away from countless bars and restaurants while still being just tucked away enough to feel like you're not living on top of it. The location is truly amazing and a big part of why it will be hard for me personally to leave this place if that time ever comes, the area and neighborhood are really hard to beat.

3 bed 1 bath, 2nd floor walkup, coin-op laundry in building (only 8 units in building, rarely an issue with overlap) with a spacious kitchen and living area.

There are 2 rooms available:

1.) (picture with the blue/white striped duvet on bed) is smaller and can fit a full sized bed, dresser and small desk comfortably (could probably fit a queen a little bit more snuggly) with a decent sized closet and access to the fire escape - $1300 + wifi/electric/gas

2.) (picture with white duvet on bed) is a VERY large room, street facing (minimal noise pollution), can fit a queen bed, desk, dressers, and more quite comfortably but there is no closet. - $1640 + wifi/electric/gas

Both rooms have incredible natural light and water is included in rent.

I'm hoping to find similarly like-minded, responsible, kind, considerate, relatively clean/tidy people that can help foster a comfortable, inclusive, and relaxed living space and make cohabiting a little less daunting. LGBTQ+ and 420 friendly, all are welcome to inquire. I'm hoping to set up some times this weekend (8/9-8/10) to meet with people, show the space and ultimately I'm looking to hopefully finalize something by the 13th.

I'm a 32 y/o cis male (he/him) living in Brooklyn for almost 2 years now. I work in inventory for a cannabis company on-site Mon-Fri, and otherwise keep to myself around the house, though I am usually always open to a conversation or grabbing a drink/seeing a show if the mood strikes, and I always clean up after myself in a timely manner (would love the same of potential roommates.) I love seeing movies, live comedy, music, going to Prospect on a nice day and spending as much time with friends as possible. Occasionally I'll have a friend or two over, a guest stay the night or a friend in town to crash in the living room for a night or so, but I'm never bringing the party home at the end of a night out and am respectful of others' time and space.
