Looking for one roommate to rent 2 rooms (bedroom and an office) in my 3 bed/1 ba apt! My roommates of a couple years are sadly moving to their own apts, so looking for someone to move in Feb 15 (flexible move in date). Rent is month to month, 2100/mo total for both rooms plus utilities (usually ~100/mo). 3rd floor walkup with semi private entrance in a small building. Both rooms are about 8x10, one has a small closet in the room and the other has no closet but a large closet right outside. Both will be unfurnished. Washer/dryer in unit (!), heat and hot water included. About an 8 min walk to Classon G, minutes to Pratt and shops on Myrtle, 15 minute walk to Fort Greene Park.

Looking to rent to 1 person only, no other pets please. Lgbtq+ friendly, 🇵🇸, ideally late 20s-30s, must love dogs. Looking for someone who likes to keep a clean apt that is quiet and cozy, a place to rest at the end of a long day.

About me: In my early 30s, transmasc, I work fulltime at a nonprofit teaching gardening at an elementary school. I've lived in this apt 3 years and love it! I like a cozy, lived in space but also like to keep things clean and organized and am looking for a roommate who feels the same. In my free time I hang in my community garden, meet with friends in the park, or work on art projects etc. I like to host an occasional dinner party with friends, watch tv with roommates and catch up, but also value down time and don't bring the party home.
