I am renting two private rooms for one single person in my home in Kingston, NY. This setup is ideal for someone looking for a bedroom plus office, studio, or private living space. This is a queer household looking for a queer/ally roommate and you would be sharing the house with one other person. One of the bedrooms currently has a bed in it, which can be kept or removed depending on your preference.

I am a 34 year old who works at a local college full time. I also run a local queer small business, and end up being pretty busy in general. I am quiet and peaceful in the home, and have one or two people over at a time, mostly in my own private room space. I am a social person and like to be able to have a social relationship with my roommate, either passing chats or other things. I am open to splitting chores, and deep cleaning of the bathrooms and kitchen is handled by the cleaner otherwise. The cats also sleep in my room at night and I will handle all care for them.
