It's fully furnished with a TV, piano keyboard, pullout sofa bed, and more. The shared outdoor patio has a grill/smoker, privacy fences, and custom-built benches and tables. I'm subleasing the rooms for $950 per month each. The price includes all bills! Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and gas are included. There is a security deposit of one month's rent.

2. After the tour and interview, I will send you links to an application form and a background/credit check form. Please fill out the application form and send it back to me. Please fill out the background/credit check form online. The background/credit check will cost you $25.
3. Once you have completed both forms, I can process your application and offer you a lease.
4. For move in, I'll require your first month's rent and your security deposit.
