Hi,

I'm looking for a clean, responsible roommate (or couple) to move into my apartment in the heart of Greenpoint! You would have two full bedrooms and an office to yourself on the top floor, while I would have a room and office on the lower floor. I travel frequently for work, so you'd often have the whole unit to yourself. You'd be signing a year-long lease starting July 1st.

THE ROOMS
-Two LARGE bedrooms with lots of natural light and spacious closets
-One small bedroom/office with large closet
-Full bathroom on top floor has shower which is shared - otherwise, you have the whole floor to yourself to do with as you please :) You'd have the ability to treat the second bedroom as a personal living room, studio, gym, etc.

THE APARTMENT
-Split-level building with two units. This unit occupies the second and third floors.
-1.5 bathrooms - shower is shared, but otherwise we each have a bathroom to ourselves.
-Very large shared living room with space for sectional couch, TV, shelves and dining table
-Shared kitchen with plenty of cabinets/storage space
-One block from the Nassau G stop
-One block from Manhattan Avenue - dozens of bars, restaurants, etc
-Two blocks from McCarren park
-Landlords live across the street and are responsive
-Cat Friendly

About This Lister

-I'm a camera-man/photographer who is usually gone at least two weeks out of the month.
-I like to do my own thing, so it's good if you do to. But, if we happen to get along and want to hang, all the better!
-I enjoy movie nights, reading, gaming, and cooking. I also love to play music (at a respectful volume) - bonus points if you want to have the occasional jam session!
-I prefer a fairly clean apartment. Some clutter is okay when life gets busy, as long as we're cleaning up in a timely manner :)
