1 br / 1 bath / kitchenette with gas range, oven, microwave, fridge. Queen bed. Adjustable height working desk of scandinavian quality ;). 4K Monitor. wifi. Plants!! Single-speed bike. No TV sorry! Washer + dryer on site. Street parking available. The best part about my place is my library. Lotsa media, feminist + cultural theory, experimental magazines on technoculture, a few anime comics, some fiction and poetry gems.

The apartment is right next to lots of recreational natural spots: San Pascual Park, Arroyo Seco Park, Arroyo Seco trail and bike path, South Pawsadena dog park, Rose Bowl, etc. and is surrounded by the view of the mountains <3.

Walking distance to Highland Park/Eagle Rock bus lines, Trader Joe's, Fig + York shops and cafes that make life worth living.

Please note: the space is generally accessible, but there is a small staircase at the entrance and an internal staircase inside the apartment.
