Washer + dryer on site. Street parking available. The best part about my place is my library. Lotsa media, feminist + cultural theory, experimental magazines on technoculture, a few anime comics, some fiction and poetry gems.

The apartment is right next to lots of recreational natural spots: San Pascual Park, Arroyo Seco Park, Arroyo Seco trail and bike path, South Pawsadena dog park, Rose Bowl, etc. and is surrounded by the view of the mountains <3.

Walking distance to Highland Park/Eagle Rock bus lines, Trader Joe's, Fig + York shops and cafes that make life worth living.

Please note: the space is generally accessible, but there is a small staircase at the entrance and an internal staircase inside the apartment.

I'm Maisa — a writer, web developer, and PhD candidate! I'm neat, cozy, and maintenance-focused. I love spending quiet mornings + evenings reading at home, surrounded by my cuddly dog and a bunch of thriving plants. I’m the tenant of this place and have a lovely relationship with the apartment manager, who lives right next door and is always kind and helpful.

I’ll be traveling during this period and would love for someone chill, who also appreciates books, plants, and a peaceful home vibe, to sublet the apartment and enjoy the space as much as I dooo. My doggo will be staying with her bestie during this period so no dog duties needed!
