Security deposit is equal to one months rent. Non-refundable application fee of $42 per applicant for background and credit check.
Deposit and first month's rent due upon lease signing. Tenant responsible for all utilities, garbage and basic yard maintenance.
Pets allowed subject to manager's approval and require a $500 deposit.
$100,000 liability renter's insurance policy required. No smoking on the premises.
