We are hoping to find someone interested in staying one year or longer. We are looking for one person for the whole space, or two people to split the space. We welcome individuals looking for 218 sq ft with the option to add a wall.

The studio features:
- 11’ 9” ceilings, two windows, great lighting, and ample wall space.
- Our building is quiet, has a friendly atmosphere, and is well-maintained by management. Amenities include a shared slop sink, two bathrooms, a ground floor garage entrance for easy loading with 24-hour access, wifi, all utilities included, a separate mailroom for secure package delivery, and garbage.
- This is an individual 436 sq ft studio within a larger shared space with two artists. The studio is separated by a shared wall and a curtain door with one artist. The other artist works in a private space near the entrance. We are both respectful and focused individuals and are looking for a similarly-minded person.
- The location is in Greenpoint, just two blocks east of the Greenpoint Ave G train stop, and across the street from the Leviton building with access to the B24, B32, B62, B48, and B43 bus lines.

Please note that this is a workspace only and is not suitable for living, the use of toxic materials, businesses with heavy customer traffic, or activities that generate loud sounds such as music practice or consistent heavy machinery. We value our studio building as a quiet, calm, focused, and respectful place of work. We take a collaborative approach to sharing the space where open communication and teamwork are key. We maintain a strict headphones-only policy for listening to music and shows.  You will be required to follow fire and building safety protocols.
