Looking for a roommate to take a large bedroom available in a 2 bed 1 bath available from October 1 to August 31. Lots of outdoor space! Unit is a duplex has large private patio and balcony. Lots of light!

This is a lease takeover from my current roommate who will be going to graduate school! $2190 per month plus electricity / wifi.

Unit details:
- Bedroom will be unfurnished, and the living room may need a handful of new things after current roommate moves out.
- Unit is on the top floor of a six-story elevator + keypad building.
- Great location! Located right between the Classon Ave / Bedford-Nostrand G stations.
- Good sized kitchen with dishwasher.
- Laundry in-building.
- Large grocery store 5 minutes away.
- Faces rear of building and on top floor so very quiet.
- Windows face east, so plenty of light.

About This Lister

- Justin (he/him), Chinese-American, late-20s, have lived in NY for 5 years, originally from Philly
- Quite neat, clean, extraverted but tend to be quiet. Not out late much.
- I work in the public sector and go to the office most days
- Outside of work I'm a dancer, sometimes volunteer at a farm, love to cook, spend plenty of time laughing with friends.
- I have a partner who sleeps over 1-2x nights a week and comes with a small dog.

*Ideal* roommate:
- Looking for someone kind, clean, chill, and communicates respectfully.
- To me, "clean" involves being a equal contributor to maintaining shared spaces and tidying up after yourself, not leaving clothes, trash / dirty dishes out for more than a day, which is what I do myself
- Any gender is fine, have lived with all
- My partner uses they/them so queer friendly please!
- Mid-20s to early-30s.
- Totally fine with friends hanging out or larger gatherings occasionally, as long as things get cleaned up fast and you're respectful and communicate. Nothing too crazy / ragers though please.
