I am sad to leave my second floor two-bedroom apartment with laundry in Bronx Little Italy. I have 10 months remaining on my lease but my landlord is helping me and willing to do a substitution of tenant.

The unit is fully furnished and on the second floor of a walk-up building with laundry. The building has 18 units total and I have lovely and quiet neighbors. The unit faces the front of the building and is very bright. There is a small private terrace that can be accessed from the kitchen or living room and overlooks a neighboring vacant lot. The building has an onsite super who handles repairs right away. We also have video intercom which is great for deliveries.

Bronx Little Italy is a lovely neighborhood to live in. We are bordered by the Bronx Zoo, the New York Botanical Gardens and Fordham University so it is very quiet. Arthur Avenue is three blocks away which is home to some of the best Italian restaurants, cafes, cheese and bread shops in the country.
