About This Lister

I'm a painter and sculptor, often working with wood. I've rented the studio since fall of 2020 and really appreciated the space, and perks of the building, as well as the wood shop. The location is super convenient as well. There are 8 other studios on the floor- those folks are all respectful and cooperative when I see them (which is not often). Sharing the shop has never been an issue either. Sub-letter should be similarly cooperative, keep noise at a reasonable level, and respect the space and shared shop & tools.

I have a new baby at home, and plan to be occupied with them at least through the end of my current lease (end of Sept). After that point, we can discuss future plans, but it's likely that a continued shared arrangement will work for me.
